The pictures show the abdominal wound healing in of Case 4 case. A On the 5th day after the operation, the abdominal incision began to ulcerate and split widelyopen. B On the 20th day after surgery, the incision did not deteriorate further, and a large amount of fresh granulation tissue growth was seen under the treatments, including negative pressure drainage and special dressings. C On the 45th day after the operation, the incision continued to heal, and fresh granulation tissue can be seen in the central part section and with some surrounding scar tissue around it were visible.
