Overall platelet count change (median with confidence interval) at BL, EOT, and P12. The median (range) platelet count was 110.5 (91.2–132.7) × 103/µL at BL and increased to 116.5 (90.7–147.2) × 103/µL and 118.0 (90.5–149.0) × 103/µL at EOT and P12, respectively. It was statistically significant at EOT and P12, compared to the BL platelet levels (EOT vs. BL, P < 0.001 and P12 vs. BL, P < 0.001). BL: baseline; EOT: end of treatment; and P12: 12 weeks after EOT
