DIAPH3 expression in PDAC fibroblasts. The stromal DIAPH3 expression pattern is depicted in a–b. Weak (a, b) and strong (c, d) expression of DIAPH3 was shown by cytoplasmic staining of PDAC fibroblasts. Strong staining of DIAPH3 in stromal fibroblasts was defined as readily visible staining. Comparable IHC staining was observed in lymphocytes, and intensity of stained stromal fibroblasts were judged by reference to those of lymphocytes.
