The median overall survival was 16.2 months (range, 9.2–23.2 months) in the CAP-B group; the median overall survival was 12.4 months (range, 5.9–18.9 months) in the CAP group. Significant difference was detected in the overall survival between groups. *Hazard ratio was calculated using a Cox proportional-hazards model, with the type of age, site of primary tumour, number of metastatic sites, and performance status as covariates and CAP/CAP-B therapy as time-dependent factor.
