Circulating antibodies. a. Circulating IgG- and IgM antibodies against gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and its receptor (GnRHR) in saline (C)- and buserelin (B)-treated rats. Low titers (arbitrary units (AU)) of antibodies were found in both saline- and buserelin-treated rats, with no differences between the groups. Results are presented as individual data and medians. Statistical analyses were performed by using the Mann-Whitney U-test, C = 7 and B = 11 rats. b. Circulating IgG- and IgM antibodies against luteinizing hormone (LH) and its receptor (LHR) in saline (C)- and buserelin (B)-treated rats.
