Effects of FCC treatment on PCNA, Bax, and Bcl-2 expression. (A) SMMC-7721 cells were treated with FCC at doses of 0, 2, 5, 10 and 20 μg/ml for 48 h. The cell lysates were prepared and analyzed for PCNA, Bax and Bcl-2 expression by Western blot analysis. Equal loading was confirmed by stripping immunoblots and reprobing for β-actin.
