Western blot analysis of apoptosis-related protein levels (caspase-3, caspase-8, Bax, and bcl-2) in HPMCs with SF-CM from different gastric cancer cell lines treatment.

Serum-starved HPMCs were incubated with SF-CM from different gastric cancer cell lines for up to 48 h; total cellular protein was extracted and subjected to western blot analysis.
