From: Toll-like receptor-2 deficiency enhances non-alcoholic steatohepatitis
Toll-like receptor-4 expression correlates with mRNA levels of TNF-α. Real-time PCR data for TLR-4 and CD-14 were compared with the expression of the inflammation marker TNF-α using the Pearson's product moment statistical test. Each figure contains the compiled data from wild type and TLR-2-/- mice fed PUFA. Correlation coefficients (p) and regression analysis (r2) are presented with each figure.
