Hepatic TNF-α and IL-10 mRNA levels in TLR-2 ^-/- mice. Expression of TNF-α and IL-10 mRNA was analyzed by real-time PCR and calculated relative to average values in the control group using a comparative C_T method. Data are presented as mean ± SEM of 5 observations/group.
