Effect of rHu-EPO on Bcl-2 expression. Quantitative (RT-)PCR from total RNA was performed as described in Methods after a 30 hours incubation (18 h preincubation, 12 h incubation) of hepatocytes with or without rHu-EPO (10 U/ml) under normoxia or hypoxia (3% O2).
