Immunostaining of pancreatic acinar cell metaplasia (PACM) lesions. Tissue specimens containing PACM obtained from the greater curvature of the antrum (A2) are stained with hematoxylin and eosin (a) and antibodies against Bcl-10 (b), α-amylase (c), and Ki-67 (d). Hematoxylin/eosin staining shows clusters of pancreatic acinar cells. Note that all pancreatic acinar cells are positive for Bcl-10 and that some pancreatic acinar cells are positive for α-amylase. Ki-67 expression is observed in the gastric neck near PACM. Scale bar: 200 μm
