The effect of moxibustion on overall community structure at phylum and genus level. A at the phylum level, Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes were the most abundant taxa followed by Proteobacteria in five groups; B at the genus level, Bacteroides, Bacteroides_bacterium_M7, Bacteroides_bacterium_H3 were the most abundant taxa followed by Prevotella in five groups.
