SNP alleviated LPS-induced intestinal barrier dysfunction via AMPKα-SIRT1 signaling. Intestinal barrier dysfunction of Caco-2 cell monolayers was stimulated by 50 ng/mL LPS treatment for 46 h and LPS plus 10 µM/30 µM SNP treatment for 48 h.
