A white solid tumor sized 2.5 × 1.8 × 1.0 was identified in the head of pancreas (arrow) and arrowhead represent the main pancreatic duct (a). The cut surface of the resected pancreas showed side-branch type intraductal tumor with tubullopapillary architecture without mucin secretion (b).
