A white solid tumor sized 2.5 × 1.8 × 1.0 was identified in the head of pancreas (arrow) and arrowhead represent the main pancreatic duct (a). The cut surface of the resected pancreas showed side-branch type intraductal tumor with tubullopapillary architecture without mucin secretion (b). The cells were slight eosinophilic and cuboidal and tumor had grown with tubullary structure in most part (c). The tumor had an extraductal invasion of only 1 mm in length (arrows) (d)
