CDX2 overexpression upregulated Reg IV in gastric cancer cells. AGS (a, b) and MKN-45 (c, d) cells were transfected with pcDNA4/TO-CDX2 or pcDNA4/TO for 36 h. Reg IV and CDX2 mRNA levels were evaluated using real-time PCR, and the results were normalized to GAPDH (a, c). Reg IV and CDX2 protein expression were analyzed via western blotting. β-actin was used as a loading control. Representative immunoblots are shown, and the relative protein signal intensity was quantitatively analyzed using Image Lab software (b, d).
