Second total colonoscopy. In the second TCS, the circumferential ulcer of the tumor had decreased in size and the inflammatory changes in the surrounding mucosa trended to improve; however, tightening of the surrounding mucosa due to scarring was observed. There was a continuous narrowing of the lumen over a length of approximately 30 mm (3a and 3b)
