The expression level of selected miRs for down regulated miRs (a) and for up regulated ones (b) based on fold change. The results of LNA-array probe test on the test group of samples were further validated using qRt-PCR on the validation group of samples. The selected microRNAs had the most variation among all the tested microRNAs. The fold changes are calculated by livak method (2−ΔΔct)
