  1. aUse student's t test to compare the age of the two groups. Median and 25th–75th percentile describe the number of polyps or adenomas in different age groups and gender. Categorical values compared with chi-square test (polyp detection, site of polyps, multiple polyps, morphology, pathology), and Fisher's exact test was used when expected count of one set of samples was less than 5(IIb, LST, ≥ 20 mm, traditional serrated adenoma, serrated lesions with dysplasia, villous adenoma)
