  1. TNBS-induced chronic colitis in pre-pubertal rats. Groups were compared 2 by 2 using non-parametric Wilcoxon rank sum tests for 2-group comparison with Wilcoxon exact test correction for small numbers and Fisher’s exact test for qualitative variables. All tests were two-tailed and a p value < 0.05 was considered significant
