A maximum AUC = 1 identifies an ideal (perfect) differentiation between disease and non-disease subjects. The diagonal line (AUC = 0.5) corresponds to chance discrimination. The NETest AUC > 0.9 (red line) indicates that it is an excellent biomarker for GNEN
