Computed tomography scan showed a greater than 10 cm tumor with heterogeneous enhancement. The central portion contained air suggesting necrosis and infection. No obvious metastases were seen in other abdominal viscera lung fields, and intraperitoneal lymph nodes were not enlarged. Arrows point to the compressed inferior vena cava.
