Actual withdrawal or continuation of anticoagulants before endoscopic mucosal resection. Heparin bridging therapy (HBT) was conducted in 14 patients who were administered anticoagulants. Warfarin was continuously administered in 10 patients during the perioperative period, and a direct oral anticoagulant (DOAC) was skipped only on the day of endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) in 27 patients. The withdrawal of anticoagulants was confirmed by interviews with patients immediately before the EMR
