Influence of the four SO-antigens SO-fl, SO-I, SO-II, and SO-III on the expression of the activation marker CD69 by CD19+ B-cells, CD4+ helper- and CD8+ cytotoxic T-cells and CD56+ NK-cells from 20 PSC patients and 10 healthy individuals as measured by flow cytometry. The percentage of activated (CD69+) CD19+ B-cells, CD4+ or CD8+ T-cells of all CD19+ B-, CD4+ or CD8+ T-cells is given. sp. = spontaneous CD69 expression without antigen; significant as compared to the spontaneous CD69-expression: * p < 0.05; ** p < 0.01; *** p < 0.001; # significant as compared to the reaction of healthy controls (p < 0.05)
