Effect of PPAR-γ agonists on cell viability in human primary intestinal myofibroblasts (HIFs). a, b HIFs were treated with the indicated concentration of troglitazone (TRG) or rosiglitazone (RSG) for 24 h, after which the cell viability was measured with the MTT assay. The optical density (O.D.) value of the control was regarded as 100%. Results were expressed as a percentage of the basal control (vehicle treatment).
