FACS analysis was performed on lymphocytes harvested from spleens (4a) and livers (4b) of animals in all groups. A high dosage of Imm-124E led to an increase in both CD4+CD25+ and CD4+Foxp3+ intrasplenic lymphocyte subsets. No effect was noted on intrahepatic lymphocyte subsets
