The effect of oral administration of Imm-124E on colonic damage in immune mediated colitis. a. Histologic scores were performed on bowel biopsies taken from all mice in all treated and control groups. Sections were scored for extent of disease, degree of inflammation, damage and regeneration. b. Representative sections from each of the groups are shown (X10). Animals in the control groups showed significant inflammation affecting all layers of the colon while almost normal mucosal sections were noted in both the low and high dosages of Imm-124E treated mice
