The statistical analysis was calculated during two weeks. All patients: Decrease in TBA levels was statistically significant between at diagnosis and second antenatal visit and also between first and second antenatal visit (p < 0.05). UDCA group: Decrease in TBA levels was statistically significant between at diagnosis and first antenatal visit and between first and second antenatal visit (p < 0.05)
