Figure 2From: Induction of G1 and G2/M cell cycle arrests by the dietary compound 3,3'-diindolylmethane in HT-29 human colon cancer cells DIM reduces the levels of CDK4 and of cyclin A and E in HT-29 cells. Cells were treated with DIM as described in Figure 1A. Cell lysates were analyzed via Western blotting with the indicated antibodies. Photographs of the chemiluminescent detection of the blots, which were representative of three independent experiments, are shown. The relative abundance of each band to its own β-actin was quantified, and the control levels were set at 100%.
