The monoclonal anti-HGF (500 μg/ml) was diluted 1:10 in 10 mM acetate buffer pH 4.5. The activation time was 7 min, followed by a 1,5 and 10 min ligand injection respectively. Deactivation of remaining active esters was performed by a 7 min injection of ethanolamine/hydrochloride at pH 8.5. A flow rate of 5 μl/min was used during immobilisation.
