  1. Values are expressed as mean value ± standard error of the mean (SEM). Comparisons are made within groups; ** = p < 0.01, *** = p < 0.001, and between groups; + = p < 0.05. Wilcoxon signed rank test. The basal value is the mean of the two fasting values. The peak value is the mean of the highest concentration in every subject after the injection.
