Cyclin E immunostain shows weakly nuclear stain in squamous mucosa (A), columnar cell metaplasia (B) and Barrett’s esophagus (C). Cyclin E shows strong nuclear stain in low grade dysplasia (D), high grade dysplasia (E) and adenocarcinoma (F).
