From: Derangements of liver tissue bioenergetics in Concanavalin A-induced hepatitis
Time-dependent changes in liver respiration in ConA hepatitis in C57Bl/6 mice. C57Bl/6 mice (wild-type) were injected with PBS or 12 mg ConA/kg. Liver tissue specimens were then collected at the indicated timepoints and processed for O2 measurements. Values shown are the mean (± SD), with the values of “n” underneath each timepoint. The p-values at 3 and 12 hr (compared to 0 hr) are also shown; remaining values were insignificant.
