The gastric xanthine oxidase + xanthine dehydrogenase (XO + XD) activity in the stomach of rats that were pretreated with palm vitamin E (PVE) or α-tocopherol (α-TF) for 28 days and exposed to water-immersion restraint stress for 3.5 hours.
