S. Typhimurim counts in the large intestine and bacterial translocation to spleen and liver. Mice were infected with S. Typhimurim at day 35 of the experimental protocol. They were sacrificed 4 days after challenged and the spleen, liver and large intestine were collected for the determination of the pathogen in agarized media.
