Phagocytic activity of macrophages isolated from spleen and peritoneum. Mice were sacrificed 10 days after the 3rd OVA injection to isolate the macrophages from peritoneum and spleen. The activity of these cells was determined by phagocytosis assay using Saccharomyces boulardii.
