From: Lubiprostone ameliorates the cystic fibrosis mouse intestinal phenotype
Effect of lubiprostone on gastric emptying in WT and CF mice. Mice were fasted overnight and in the morning gavaged with the nondigestible, nonabsorbable tracer rhodamine dextran (70 kDa). Twenty minutes later the mice were sacrificed and the amount of tracer remaining in the stomach relative to the gavaged amount was measured. Horizontal bars represent the group means.
